This colourful woolly speaker stretches the definition of portable, but its handle makes it easy to tote and the tech inside makes it stand out. supporting iDevices only, it ditches Bluetooth for AirPlay or PlayDirect – libratone’s own invention that allows lossless streaming via the Zipp’s built-in wi-Fi. Just head to your wi-Fi settings
and connect to the libratone network. 

With a proper 2.1 speaker setup, sound quality is impressive, although not the loudest. The size and four-hour wireless battery life do limit its portability, mind you.
