I admit it. I am slightly spoilt by high quality earphones. This is not an issue. I live with it. Possibly because I have lost my own set. It was a dark day when I realised this. But alas, we will go on with the review.
GOLD PLATING
Build quality is important to get that feeling of having spent your money’s worth. And while the cable on the HC-300 isn’t entirely top notch, that’s made up for with the comfort of the ear-buds. They may seem a little barrel like and large, but the size belies the thought that has gone into the construction. The connector is even gold-plated, for a little extra value.
MUDDY WATERS
It might be just me, but the sound is a little murky. Like there is an unseen piece of plastic blocking the audio channels. In any case, music comes out somewhat muffled. That being said, it should serve perfectly well for cases when crystal clarity is not a priority. Such as when gaming on the go, or as a hands free kit.
